2. Our Services

Praktik Study & Travel organizes educational programs such as Summer School, University Visit, Immersion Program, and Domestic Program. Program details, itineraries, and prices are shown on our website and may be updated from time to time.

3. Registration and Payment

A registration is confirmed only after we receive the required information and payment stated for the selected program. Participants or their parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information.

Payment schedules, accepted methods, and the amount due are communicated at the time of registration.

4. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling requests must be sent in writing to our team. Applicable fees depend on the program and on how close the request is to the departure date, and are explained before you confirm your booking.

We may modify or cancel a program because of safety, weather, force majeure, partner changes, or insufficient participants. In that case we will offer an alternative or a refund according to the situation.

5. Participant Responsibility

Participants must follow program rules, the instructions of our staff and partners, and local laws. Valid travel documents, visas, and health requirements are the responsibility of the participant unless stated otherwise.

We may end a participant’s involvement in a program for serious misconduct, without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care in organizing every program. To the extent permitted by law, Praktik Study & Travel is not liable for loss, delay, injury, or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or by third-party service providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and videos, belongs to Praktik Study & Travel or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
